There will be power-tools and adult help to get those pinewood derby cars ready for the race.   17 January - Pinewood Derby Race Registration starts at 12:00 Race Starts at 1:00.   24 January - Klondike Derby This year the Klondike Derby will be held at McKeldin Area of Patapsco State Park. The Klondike Trail is approximately 3 miles (sled trek or 4.5 back packing trek) with multiple stations designed to test scout skills. The stations may include but are not limited to the following: First Aid, Firestarting, Orienteering, Team Spirit, Knots, Sled & Travel Safety, Communication, Lashing, Knife, Axe, & Saw Use, Nature Outdoor Code. Each patrol will be judged on their spirit and how they function as a patrol.
