12 June - Pack Graduation, Pot Luck
Dinner & Family Camping
This year will be a Pot-Luck + Family
Camping + Pack Graduation event to be (held at Ms. Margie’s residence).
Both Boy Scout Troops 446 and 975 will be doing
activities to help teach "Scouting Skills". Dens are requested to bring
the following dishes for the Pot-Luck dinner. Tigers – desserts, Wolves
– side dishes (i.e., veggies, pastas, etc), Bears – salads (i.e., fresh
veggies, fruit, etc), Web I – main dishes. A short meeting will be held
~1:00PM for leaders and interested adults to discuss the events for
next-year's program. Dinner will be held ~5:00-6:00PM with the Pack
Graduation to follow. Scouts are expected to wear their Class A uniforms
to the Graduation and then will be free to change into their class B
uniforms afterwards. The evening will conclude with a flag retirement
ceremony at the campfire program. Optional Family Camping will continue
through the morning of June13th with breakfast provided. Please register

Summer-Time Award. Our incoming Tigers are also invited – please spread
the word and give them a friendly Pack 662 welcome when you see
them!.
19 June - Cub Scout
Olympics
Each scout tries to improve their
personal best time. In olympic-like events. Event will be held June 19, 9:15am to 12:15pm at Glen Burnie High
School. Registration is $12 if by May 24th and $15 if by June
18th and $18 if registering on the day of the event.

21-25 June - Cub
Scout Day Camp
Will be held at the Anne Arundel
County Fairgrounds. See Web site for additional details http://www.Geocities/com/CSDC4R. Many theme related activities are already in progress
for all programs: Rank, Den, Camp-wide and various Staff areas, i.e.:
Archery, BBs, Citizenship, Cooking, Crafts (specific to age and
including woodworking), Ethics in Action, Fishing, Games, Nature,
Service, Skills, Skits, Songs, Team Building and Treasure Hunts... not
to mention our plans to just have
FUN!!! |
